Director, Client Experience
Terri has worked in finance for the hospitality industry since graduating with a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1998. She began her career with the Wyndham Hotel Group, moving into successive roles in the Finance department until 2006. Over the next nine years, Terri worked as an Accounting Manager for Passkey, a hospitality software company that specialized in web-based group reservations.
In 2015, Terri joined the Twelve Points team as Director of Client Experience, responsible for managing valuable programs outside of wealth management by delivering world class customer service and teaming up with vendors and other value added services to give our clients a “concierge” type of resource. Terri lives in Waltham with her husband John and their two children Ryan and Melanie. They enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.
