Relationship Manager
Alissa brings over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in relationship management and operations. Before joining Twelve Points, she served as Director of Operations at Civic Financial for three years, where she played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving client satisfaction.
Alissa began her career at Highmount Capital, where she spent a decade supporting high-net-worth individuals and family office services in roles including Private Client Service Administrator and Trust Associate.
A Massachusetts native, Alissa earned her degree from Marian Court College. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and relaxing at the beach. She values quality time with family and friends—and loves spoiling her beloved dog.
