Women CEOs of Boston Event Video Up Now!

According to The Boston Club’s 2014 census, less than 12% of the executive officers in the top 100 public companies in Massachusetts are women. While there has been a very slight upward trend, the annual census results show that it has only increased by 2.6% since 2003. We’re doing something to help boost these numbers.

Our own Francesca Federico has launched “The C-Suite Series” in collaboration with Tomorrow’s Women TODAY. This unique series of events aims to help future women leaders in the Boston Metro work towards their professional and personal goals. Earlier this year, we hosted the first event at our office in Boston’s South End, which featured some of the most successful local women CEOs. It was a huge success! The evening began with refreshments and networking, but the main event was an incredibly informative panel discussion that featured:

• Rhonda Kallman, CEO & Founder, Boston Harbor Distillery
• Holly Tsourides, CEO, Matrix Systems Holdings, LLC
• C.J. Fraser, CEO, Fraser Engineering
• Tara Goodwin Frier, CEO & Founder, Goodwin Group PR
