Client First Process

People do business with people they like, and money is a very personal thing to talk about. This is our process in working with you.

 

We think it’s important to spend the first meeting getting to know a potential client and vice versa. We aren’t just looking for a transactional relationship; we are seeking lifelong partnerships.

During our second meeting, we discuss our potential client’s needs, goals and dreams. We gather information on experiences with previous advisors and discover what they want their money to do for them and who they want it to benefit.

We create a financial plan, come up with a set of investment recommendations and present them for discussion at our third meeting.

Once a prospect has decided to become a client, we sit down with the service team and walk them through our technology and reporting software. They are also presented with a client service menu from which to choose and given access to additional resources as part of our concierge service.
